We are a group of students from the University of St Andrews Museum and Gallery Studies MLitt degree. The By the Seaside exhibition project is an opportunity for us to put the theories and concepts discussed during our courses into practice and to gain valuable experience in curating and developing an exhibition.
We are grateful to be working under the supervision of Dr Agnès Bos (School of Art History), Dr Karen Brown (School of Art History), and Linda Fitzpatrick (Scottish Fisheries Museum).
Dara is from Dublin, Ireland and studied history of art and architecture and French at Trinity College, Dublin.

Kate is an American from Texas who studied history at UT Austin.

Maddi calls both Sydney, Australia and New York City home. She studied biology, environmental studies, and Arctic studies at Bowdoin College in Maine.

Rebecca is Canadian and studied history and education at Redeemer University College.
Marketing and Fundraising Lead
Helen is an American from Maine who studied art history at Davidson College in North Carolina.
Writer and Interpretation Lead
Mattea is an American from Franklin, Tennessee, and she studied at Wheaton College in Illinois—double-majoring in English literature and psychology.
Designer and Editor
Isobel is from England and studied history at the University of Nottingham.
Digital Assets and Digital Interpretation Lead
Kathryn was an undergraduate at the University of St. Andrews, where she studied art history and psychology.
Carl studied history at The Open University and is from nearby Cupar, Fife.
